RocketCyber now has two-way ticket binding with Kaseya BMS. Each incident ticket created in RocketCyber is also created in Kaseya BMS and the opened/closed status of these are kept in sync.
This means starting March 28th, 2022 when an incident is opened in RocketCyber we sync the opened/closed state with Kaseya BMS for seven (7) days. After the seventh day, we stop monitoring the ticket status.
NOTE: There may be up to a five (5) minute delay between a change on either side being reflected on the other.
